March 2011 meeting minutes

If anyone would still like to have a family portrait, it is still possible. Rao to contact Nas, if anyone wishes to avail of this service.

School Books

There was a suggestion that we could arrange for school books (not stationery) to be distributed, to help parents. This should be in support of local schools.

Inter-cultural event

This year's event will take place on one of the following days (Saturday May 28; Sunday May 29; Saturday June 4 or Sundary June 5).

Day Outing

Some suggestions for day outing in May (14th or 15th) are Phoenix Park, Glendalough, Museum etc. For any suggestions, please contact the parent's association.

Fund Raising

This years' fund raising could be books, toys, clothes etc. Bouncy castle hire was suggested to attract more people.

Next Meeting

Since school closes for Easter break, we may meet on 14th April. Otherwise we meet on 12th May. Date to be confirmed.
